As our Office Manager, Lauren is a vital part of both the construction and design team.

Matthew
Growing up on the job site, Matthew holds a deep understanding of hard work and the value of creating with his own hands.
After working in the transportation sector for five years, he decided to return to his roots and focus on constructing ADUs to help meet the needs of our housing community.
Corey
After growing up on a dairy farm in Tillamook, Oregon, Corey started construction as a teen back in the 80's and became a general contractor building custom homes.

He was one of the first builders to use technology to pre-frame homes, minimizing waste and saving money for the homeowner.
Josiah
From his earliest memories, Josiah has always been drawn to the world of Architecture and Design.

Now, with a Masters degree in Architecture and a current LEED Green Associate, Josiah has brought that childhood dream to fruition, standing as the design lead for all of our ADUs.

With decades of experience, our General Contractor has spent countless hours crafting a broad range of custom homes to suite his clients needs. Now, he has turned his focus to another, critical need... affordable housing. By shifting the focus of his business model into the ADU market, our General Contractor hopes to serve Southwest Washington through his budget conscience approach and a lifetime of hands-on experience.
